Financial modeling is a black box for individuals pursuing a career in investment banking, private equity, and equity research. These industries constantly engage with MS Excel models to assess the potential of any deal or returns from a project. They rely on models to estimate future growth, calculate the current valuation, and identify trends that may impact their investment decisions. Cians Analytics – our parent firm – works with leading investment banks across the globe, and we believe sound financial modeling skills are indispensable. It is a three-legged stool based on:
  1. Accounting and valuation concepts
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel

The investment banking course has been prepared to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge on equity valuation, deal analysis, and business valuation as done by investment bankers.
